dial *#7370# For Hard Reset Or dial *# 7780# For Soft Reset

Hard Reset is done by using Key Combinations (If phone not in working condition)
Press Green (Call attend) key then Red (call end) key then Camera key....keep all pressed and press power button until Nokia Logo appears..
