Please redownload with stable connection, cos mediafire always corrupt file if ur connection not stable.
or u can use winrar latest version then use "repair archive" feature, then extraxt again

because u not use font support symbol belle, please open font router, and choose font support belle, then restart.
or simply u can remove the font in folder E:/data/font
then restart
