huellif recently released an app for S^3 that is welcome news to the theme-modding crowd:
an icon cache-clearing utility:
As excited as i was about this confirmation, unfortunately it was not to be for us; the icons remained as they were
However, there is pleasant news: v3 has its own work-around for this
1. Replace the whole .mif, or use MIFEditor (attached, also install MIFRecognizer) to replace the .svg in the .mif and save it (Save [8]).
2. Move the app from its current folder to another one.

Voila! Your modified .mif is now refreshed! Hooray for v3!!!
Nowhere near as fast, easy or cool, but it sure beats having to restart the phone to see if the icon looks good or not
