can any one give a plugins for carbide UI theme makers for symbian ..pls am eager to creat the theme for belle phones pls... :) :)

1. You are posting in the wrong place. This is the theme release section, not the development section http://sdf.allstarsoftware.co.uk/professional-themes-development-section/
2. Carbide 4.3 has the Belle plug-in already built into it.
