The QWERTY phones have unique 3-finger hard reset combos. Try this: take out the battery for a few minutes and then reinsert it, then press the following three keys simultaneously Shift + Space + Backspace and while holding those three keys, turn on the phone. Keep holding those three keys until the Nokia handshake animation rolls, then release them. It is a little tricky to get it, but it works on E6 and E72.

Last resort is flashing in Dead Phone mode in Phoenix.

i hate to even ask, but did you try 12345 as the code? That is the default lock code.
