my e7 has shut down and wont come on

My phone froze, it wouldnt turn off or respond. when the battery died I put it to charge and tried to turn it back on with no success. the phone starts a startup sequence and then the battery monitor shows its charging and the screen goes blank. i tried to hard reset it but it still hasnt come on. what should i do.

Did you hold power until the phone vibrates three times?
Try that and then let it fully charge and try turning it on again.

Hello guys, didn't want to open new subject for my problem it's similar like this one so ...
I have fleshed custom symbian belle on my nokia E7 smartphone and after that it won't turn on.

After that was done, phone just doing this and after some time everything goes black except for Menu button:

Can you give me any advice or maybe other firmware? Or how to restore to factory, tried hard reset - olume Down Button key + Camera Button key + Menu Button key, after that continue with press Power Button ... but nothing happends.

Thanks for replay.
I tried with NaviFirm to download official firmware and do Dead phone USB/Refurbish but this is what happend and it stays like that, after some time it turns off and again only Menu button is lightning:

You don't have to post what Phoenix says; it only helps for failed flashes.
The OFW was your original product code's firmware? The keyboard devices have to have the correct or compatible keymapping files or this is exactly what happens.

Check to see if this folder exists:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Nokia\Nokia Suite\NOSSU2\variants\Production External\Products\rm-626
If so, the Belle update would be in there if you used Nokia Suite to update. you can use that set for flashing.

Well at least the product code is the same.
Did you clear out all the files of your rm-626 folder before you put the flashing files into it?

When you begin the flash, the phone is disconnected, right? Is all anti-virus software disabled? Make sure in the task manager.
If this isn't already what you are doing, please try not connecting the USB and then start the flash, connect the phone and then click the OK button without ever touching anything on the phone.
If it still doesn't work, you might have to get a new set of firmware files (download again).

My phone is disconnected, the only thing that I haven't tried is to turn off AV.
I will try that and I'll get back to you with results.
