Title: I need help!!!

Hey there guys.
i have a problem with my self... i was wondering to flash my new n8 but i changed my mind bcz of the apps i have in my phone so can some one tell me how do i update to belle refresh without loosing any data and PLEASE if u answer PLEASE make it a bit easy for me with some screenshots bcz im a bit noob :( THanks a lot guys

use software update option from mobile to update to belle refresh.

I tryed that too and i get a message tha there are no updates :/ i dont know what to do ? :(

then download the files using navifirm and use software upgrade with phoenix instead of refurbish.

use navifirm to download firmware,n then use just core rofs 1/2 files to flash,remove mmc file from firmware n select update :)
