Title: Applications for Windows which is similar to Xplore on Mobile

Hi! Is there any application for PC which will allow me to view/copy/del/move etc. system files on my phone? i.e I want a software for windows which will do the work as Xplore does on mobile! It would be easier and lot quicker and helpful for guys as lazy as I am!  :P  :D
