help me guys my phone n8. I cant use contacts on it when i press the contacts icon and try to swipe up or down or when i press any contact. Contacts app exits automaticly by it self. Also when i press the option in contacts app it also exits by it self plz help me it's my post here and thnx in advance.

u don't need p.c to do a soft reset. Go to setting a do a factory setting restore without losing data.
