check for updates on my nokia n8 .... there were two, but I decided not to update because I do not use these things (community and sky drive) ... the upper beam occurred, icon update (so the down arrow), and so already was! as I disable, remove?

Install them, turn off automatic updates then uninstall them, stopped it coming up on mine
