When I try and install phoenix (Phoenix_Service_Software_2011.46.002.47246_Cracked.exe) I keep getting the following error... what should I do? Should I delete it or ignore it?

I tried deleting the 'virus' file and I got a phoenix shortcut on my desktop but when I opened it, it kept saying I needed a 'Nokia dongle'...

If possible could you tell me another source from where I can download phoenix? Thanks

try disable anti virus before installing....that because antivirus detect some phoenix file as virus...but don'y worry it not virus...:)

I tried to flash Nokia E52 with Phoenix but error:

The flashing failed. Do you want to retry the flashing?

HRESULT 0x8401f141 (-2080247487)

Flash: Boot rom was not detected after phone boot up. Unable to start flashing.

Any suggestions?

My first suggestion is you give more info:
Version of Phoenix, flashing file list, current SW version, method used (all steps)...

Phoenix Service Software 2012.50.000.49146
File List downloaded with NaviFirm+

SW: 081.003

Steps:

Open Phoenix - File - Open Product - Select RM-469 - Flashing - FW Update

A few things before you proceed:
1. What is your current firmware? *#0000# on your phone to see.
2. Use Phoenix 2012.04 or 2011.46 (cracked), not 2012.50. It's rather buggy.
3. You have to select a connection ;)

1. I can't turn the phone on, it only shows the nokia screen and then blackouts., don't know about the firmware.
2. Tried it with 2012.04 version, no change.
3. I cannot change the "no connection" option.

Is it possible that the battery is dead?

By the way, when "downgrading" Phoenix, you have to uninstall all of the components first; PL-2303 Serial-To-USB, Phoenix, FUSE Drivers, etc, and then reboot. After installing Phoenix, you have to  connect your phone to the PC so its drivers get installed.

But what if the computer is not recognizing the phone. When I first connected the phone it did not start installing the drivers.  Tried it with two different PC's.
