Nokia store showing error while purchasing apps

Today I tried to purchase qoosystem app from Nokia store with my bank account  card but it was showing the following error . Please help

Try with operator payment method.
Its bug from nokia , hope it'll be fixed soon

Nokia store supports operator payment method only from Vodafone which is expensive
