How to delete an application completely from My nokia c7??

I have my game fruit Ninja......I won't to reset It's scores and I removed It from my mobile but when I install my game again....I always find My old scores and settings...Please help :'( :'(

i think it's save files might be saved in c: though not sure of the exam name :/
