Nokia smart installer adm issue

I hard resetted my phone by using the keys combination. Now I'm facing the problem of Nokia Smart Installer ADM. I guess that is no longer in my phone due to which some apps are not getting installed (Maze Lock, CNN app, Nokia Battery Monitor 3.0 etc). I have attached the screen shot. After this screen, it says installation failed.... :( :'(....please help

Do reset with *#7370# then , update your phone via Updator, All done,,

Thanks for the advice....but i discovered one more solution which saved me the trouble of resetting. Check this link 'http://dl.qt.nokia.com/smartinstaller/smartinstalleradm_2_02_0_signed.sis'. This component was missing.
