Does it only show black screen?

no...when i click on the app icon...they just turn to black screen for a second and then turn back to homescreen again...the app never open.

Did you kill any process with third party app? This happen to me when I kill metadata system process with netqin.

i did nothing...how to do that and where to get that software. please explain to me how to do that. thanks in advance n sorry for my bad english..

If you didn't delete any process then I don't know why this happen. The software I use is netqin antivirus. Get it from netqin website. Explore it and you will understand.
