N8 Overexposed too bright pictures. Camera problem
« on: November 29, 2012, 10:17:20 pm »
Good day to all.
I have a Nokia N8 and there is a problem with a camera. When taking photos in the dark or low light places, the camera is just wonderful, the pictures are great.

But...

In daylight/ bright light or even cloudy day the camera is taking overexposed pictures. Here is example of the pictures, that i took yesterday in the cloudy conditions.

I tried: to lower ISO, Exposure, white balance. Nothing helps. Tried to take pictures with CameraPlus program, still nothing.
Tried to do hard reset - nothing. I even changed the Sw from Scandinavian 11.5 to latest belle, nothing helped. It seems, that all the SS changes somehow bypasses the camera drivers or something. Could it be physical damage?
By the way, the N8 warranty period has expired. What should I do? Thank you for your time.
