After the Belle refresh I observe my phone updates not installing properly. When I saw post on twitter and facebook from symbianDF that has udpdate/s i directly go to Software updater of my phone but it just say no updates available. And i open the Nokia Store sometimes updates directly show. But most of the time I need to click the accounts Icon to show if there is updates. And if there is/are updates I directly press Install Update/s after downloading the update/s it says Installed (Successfully Installed) and close the Nokia Store and try the new updates of applications but after the application open it is still the old version and no changes made. And i tried to install the update/s again and before opening the application i reboot first my phone but same result update/s were not patch/installed but Nokia store show Installed. The I open again the Nokia Store go to Accounts and I press one of the new Installed Update then after it ask to Update. It's really disgusting on my side. like fooling my self on updates were not successfully patch...
Can any one help me about this issue?

This isn't belle refresh's fault this has being happening to all store users for months.
