Title: How about a newbie section?

i know 99.9% of people are not going to admit to themselves that they are not as "Power User" as their caption would have them think, but maybe a section for utter noobs would be a good idea.
It doesn't have to be just related to modding; i mean a place where introductions can be made to everything from gettting the most out of your phone in general, everyday use types of tips and pointers all the way up to the posts that kenkadze is posting on introductory programming.
It seems like it should have its own part of the forum so it could be easier to find tutorials.

Well that's what the General sections at the the bottom of the forum are there for, I might move them a bit higher so more people notice them.
