Do not worry about the language of the low version for your software, just go with the lowest possible version.

YES, YOU NEED BOTH VERSIONS OF PHOENIX. Follow the procedure in the video precisely.

If you have issues after the final step, try flashing once more in Dead phone USB flashing > SW Reset and change your PHONET driver back to the correct one (if applicable, for non-N8 device users)

Can you help me to downgrade my E52. my current version is 91.004

Only first generation Symbian^3 phones can be downgraded.

Why exactly do you want to downgrade? Can you explain what you want to accomplish because there may be an alternative solution.
