Nokia Officially confirms that Nokia Belle (formerly known as Symbian Belle) is coming next week in Twitter.

Keep your fingers crossed and wait for this Major Symbian update for all Symbian^3 and Symbian Anna devices eg. N8/C7/E7/E6/X7 and ofcourse the Nokia 500 as well.
