Title: (Registry Tweaks) Add Empty Recycle Bin to Desktop Context Menu

To add Empty Recycle Bin to the desktop context menu double click on 'Add Empty Recycle Bin To Desktop Context Menu' and click yes if wanted.

To remove it double click on 'Remove Empty Recycle Bin From Desktop Context Menu'  and click yes.
Tested in Win 7.
