On the previous position (Head of 'Office' department at Microsoft) he was enjoying monopoly, but the post of CEO amd that too of the then biggest mobile manufacturer of the world, is not a game of monopoly. He took his Microsofty decisions at nokia and axed everything and gone with only WP. And everyone knows now where the company stands. No wonder, Nokia would have been another Motorola till now, if it didnt have the huge goodwill in the market.
