Title: Raccoon like app for s60v5??

Ok ,if anyone doesn't knw what raccoon was ,plz just do google search ,and you will get to about it.so can app like this be created again?
Or is there any similar app?

Its a webserver app for mobile ,like apache for pc.
We could use our mobile as a server.
It doesn't work now :(
