Note to Belle users important

A note for Belle users make sure you restart you phone after you apply a theme as they won't always take proper effect.
UPDATE: Belle feature pack one users don't need to restart as the update fixed this bug

UPDATE AGAIN: Belle Feature pack 2 also seems to be okay when changing themes.
