How to extract system's icon ?

Hello

I would like to use system's messaging icon on an other app using IconChanger, but don't know where i'm suposed to look for, any advice ? (Or someone that could give me the png ?)

think its rofs/rom/resource/ one that starts with messaging, there are loads but start with messagereader.mif
