Hi everyone.
Recently, after the bogus update message of swype really started to haunt me, I googled for a solution and ended up with a patch which is attached below. One of that is a hash file and the other is the (hopefully)moded dll file that should be copied to sys/bin. But it's not working for me. After moving the mod files to the respective locations, swype isn't even starting up.
So, is there any other mods available to give back swype, it's breath of new life?
UPDATE
AFTER A LONG GOOGLING SESSION I FINALLY MANAGED TO FIND A WORKING ERROR FIXED VERSION OF SWYPE V2.01(4436)!AND ITS WORKING LIKE A CHARM!
DOWNLOAD AND ENJOY!

Your "hash" is a phony, mate. A hash check is less than 1kB, so yours is nothing more than a duplicate binary :P

Oops! Sorry bro, I didn't know that! :( I found this fixed version being shared on a file sharing website and it didn't even said anything about who uploaded it except a title of another "fanclub" website in it's name. :( So I downloaded the file from there and posted it here. If I need to seek the permission from the respected creator, I shall then delete this file from here now until I do so. Is it necessary bro? :) Btw, if you need the link to that sharing website I shall give it to you. :)

"fanclub"
That "Fanclub" is a warez site. They wouldn't give 2 cents about crediting anyone's work.
The mod's author is a member of several other forums, and the topic is well known in the community.
No worries, mate. We know you didn't know ;)

Just set the phone to the Silent profile.
You mean that also work for unhacked phone? :O
-
Why would you need to hack your phone to use the Silent profile?
The camera shutter sound is turned off in Silent mode in a CenRep key that can not be changed in any setting available in the app. The only way to disable this would be to hack your phone (for access to the \private directories).

I'll be DAMM.All this time i didn't about this and i usually try to mute the sound is by covering the output speaker.
