Here is what you need to do..
Copy the set of your fonts to C:\resource\fonts\
Now move с:/private/10003a16/lfonts to somewhere else(don't delete it)and restart your phone..you might need this file again to get back default font...
*Do note that this trick will work only from C drive, it's not working from Mass Memory or MMC..
How to remove the new fonts and get the old fonts back
1. Make sure that no app is running in background using these new fonts.
2. Go to resource/fonts and try to rename folder fonts to fontsOLD (or anything).
3. Now try to delete it. If it won't, delete every single file inside the folder and only one file will not delete.
4. Restart your phone and remove the last file also... Your default font will be back..
if the above method did't succes bring back your default font.Try this step.
1.copy/move back C:\private\10003a16\lfont that you move to somewhere else.then try above step again.....
OR
1.Install full version of Fontzoomer(mine 3.2)
2.Delete c/data/fontzoomer folder.
3.Create new folder name fontzoomer in E:/...so it will become E/fontzoomer
4.Put any font(TTF) u want to use in E/fontzoomer
5.Open ur fontzoomer font list.U can see ur new font there.Apply it and restart ur phone.
6.Enjoy ur new font.

HEREUPDATE:11-9-2012If u find error while Removing or Replacing font With
""Resource Method"" try this step.
1.Put Default "iFonts" folder (That u made Backup Earlier) to C:/Private/10003a16
2.Open that "iFonts" folder & Mark all 3 fonts & change attributes to "Read only".(Check Shot for reference)
3.Restart.
4.Close all background running apps with "App stop" or any other app.
5.Now go to C:/resource/Font - Delete Fonts one by one
Thats it
NOTE:If u missed your Backup file you can use the File i attached here [attachment deleted by admin]
