Eikoctl Mod Fp2 & Belle Refresh by ichris701

changes on eikcoctl.dll
-removes annoying 'text copied to clipboard' popup on imp menus.

-remove crap scrollbar from some menu

scrollbar is left active in music player, contacts apps.

Copy to rofs3/sys/bin and flash
or c/sys/bin , reboot

Worked in my c6-01.. Thanks Shree .. Can u make a mod which disable the following ugly popup window.. I hate it almost everytime.. Thanks bro..
