conversation skin to c (without flashing)

Credit for conversation skin to c goes to dhani07
This mod moves the hole messaging app to c:\, so you can modify the conversation view from C:\resource\messaging\css

I made a MiniCMD version (like normans .mif patch):
- works on ALL symbian versions
- copies all languages and mce files from c to z
- you can use it for your CFW
- original skin will be in c:\resource\messaging
\css

Just install my attachment and add c2z (in my .zip) to domainsrv autostart.

I attached my installer, the pure MiniCMD script
(if you already installed MiniCMD) and c2z for all Belle.

Domainsrv isn't installserver! Domainserver is a way to launch rompatches or app at a really early stage of boot.
