Component built in

Hi any one can tell me? when installing clocks or theme effects  it saying unable to install component built in. I have restore settings and re-installed software, but still facing problem

the poll was removed it was pointless.
And this error is caused by the files already being on the phone.
And which phone ?

if u have a belle os,extract it to the adres
C/sys/bin  :)

are you using fp1? If yes then no need of installserver, use joshlog coz you will need the .mif  files of every widgets you like to install and other mods.. Second you need to extract theme base package, you can't install sis file anymore..:)
