Hello All,
After the increasing requests I decided to post the most important & useful mods for Belle as Individually downloadable files.
Now choose what mod suits your need & just download & go with it.
Full credits to original modders & authors. Some of them are CodeRus, Wook, Ancelad, Lovelas, Karen, Victor, Alexander, Meicutn, FinnishLegends, iExtra7(I infer he is wook himself, sorry if not), STRATEGIST, to name a few.
BTW I'll update the Credits if someone could tell me the names if I have missed out...
Also me for having tested & perfected some of them.
In fact some mods are mine as well.
But above all thanks to Nokia & Symbian......
Info & Instructions for use about the mods & files as under... (BTW also included in each mod directory)
I know many are available here in the forum, but I am just aiming at providing everything at one place & those which I have myself tested & perfected.
Also attached is Phoenix flashing guide for newbies & also procedure to downgrade from Belle to lower firmwares.
BTW not all are attached in the first post as there is attachment limit.

Here we start-
1- Cache optimization 8x.

In series 60 v5 there was this cache mode for ram tweak along with available cache memory from drive X/
But in S^3 & above this never used to work.
Well here it is working now for S^3, Anna & Belle alike.
Tested by me on my N8 with S^3 - PR1, 1.2, 2 & Belle.
Just follow the folders its placed in & replace as same in your Core/Rofs2?Rofs3.
Doesnt work from UDA. So you need to flash for this mod.

3- Anna Video Player for Belle I want to clarify that this is MY Custom Mod & not the one from kalininvs at Allnokia

Belle has a beautiful video player but lacks the functionality of good old Anna Video Player as well as the interface in Anna is better.
Thus Here is the Anna Video Player for ROM.
Tested by me from Rofs2/Rofs3.
When you putting the files in Rofs2, overwrite the existing ones without any tension. It works like charm.
While in Rofs3, just drag & drop.
Does not work from UDA. It will crash the Video Player when you put in UDA.
4- Auto Keyguard & Display Settings for Operator Logo options including infinite screensaver timeout if left Unconfigured

Enable operator logo options in Phone settings in Display settings.
Also if left unconfigured the screensaver timeout is indefinite. However you can customize it from 1 minute to 5 minutes.
Just replace in respective directories as mentioned overwriting if asked.
5- Custom Equalizer Mod with predefined Presets working on Belle

Here is a drag & drop solution for Belle custom equalizer with Pre defined extra Presets.
Better working from Rofs3 as just Drag & Drop.
BTW if someone wants the mod without flash its also attached for download at last
6- Custom Logs Age Mod - Belle

The custom Logs age mod now perfected for Belle.
Full Credits to original creator legendary COdeRus.
7- Disable OVI signin

This file disables the OVI signin page on bootup.
Just replace in respective directories as mentioned overwriting if asked.
8- Enable hidden Menu icons

Enables Hidden icons in Menu such as Device Manager, USB, Wifi, Connection manager & themes in Belle.
Just replace in respective directories as mentioned overwriting if asked.
9- 4 page symbol selection in Messaging editor

This mod enables 4 page symbol selection in Messaging editor.
However the fonts should have sufficient symbols for the support.
10-High Memory on Start & RP+ Autostart
---------------------------------------------
Modded files are for increasing Startup RAM by disabling Phonebook, Calendar, Messages, Clock, Search & QTAppBooster on startup.
Also contains autostart enabled for RP+ 3.1.
However you need to first apply a patch to auto first time.
11- Improved CPU n GPU
-------------------------------
CPU & GPU - UI Tweaks for Performance & Stability.
Cpu power set to 90 percent, FPS set to 70, GPU enabled & rendered for Open GLes 2, Theme effects complexity set to 4 & Processing Power Relay set to 0.
Just replace in respective directories as mentioned overwriting if asked.
12- Increased Heap Size & Reduced App closing delay

Heap size increment & App Closing Delay mod for Belle.
Heap size increased to 512 instead of default 128 & max retries for caching set to 8 instead of default 2
13- JAVA Fix & All Permissions to JAVA

Java Fix & All permissions to Java apps for Core.
after copying this folder in core, delete the java folder from rofs2>resource

14- Nokia C6-01-C7-E7-X7-701 Camera mods by STRATEGIST

Based on the responses & private requests for 8 MP camera mods for Nokia C6-01, C7, E6, E7, X7, 701 phones inspired from my N8 camera mod, I decided to finally make a camera mod for 8MP EDOF phones.
This is the first test of the mod.
If found stable I will work on further improvements.
Now this mod also enhances the capture quality of Stills & Video from the original camera features as well as adds some extra selection options.
Reported perfectly working on Nokia C6-01/C7/E6/E7/X7/701.
15- One Line & 2 line Email Widgets for ROM

1 line Mini Email Widget & 2 Line Email Widget for CFW.
Just drag & Drop.
Working from Core/Rofs2/Rofs3.

16- only MUSIC folder scan - E-F-G drives

Now music player searches only files placed in the MUSIC folder in E/F and also G drives.
G drive is the USB OTG.
Just replace in respective directories as mentioned overwriting if asked.
17-Pics-Vids Scan Locations - Exclusive Gallery-Videos scan mod

Now Gallery searches only the files placed in the Images folder or its any subfolders placed in E/F or G drives.
Here G drive is USB OTG.
And the Videos player will look only the files placed in the Videos folder or its subfolders placed in E/F or G drives.
Here G drive is USB OTG.
Also create a folder BSK in your any drive & this will be like a vault. Files placed in this folder will be hidden to Gallery & Videos player no matter whether the attributes are general/ hidden.
Just replace in respective directories as mentioned overwriting if asked.
18- Restart Button on Power Menu - Exclusive SysAp 3.1 customized for Belle

Here is SysAp 3.1 Mod by legendary CodeRus with all Tweaks & notifications enabled.
Just drag & Drop as mentioned.
However this mod contains a specific file for my request that has dual logos on Power Button selection for Shutdown & Restart. So I attached the fonts that support these logos as well.
If you want to replace my fonts with your custom fonts then you need to have that particular logos embedded in the fonts.
19- RP+ autostart enabled & Logs,Contacts,Messaging,Calendar Autostart Disabled for CFW including the application in full Belle Style

20- Solution for Nokia Store & Nokia Drop after Hard Reset

A-Well after Hard Reset, Nokia Store vanishes & is unable to install as well.
Here's a solution for that.
Tested by me working from Rofs2/Rofs3. Just drag & drop the files respectively Also woks from UDA.
B-After Hard Reset, Nokia Drop & Push notifications stop working.
Here's a solution for that.
Just drag & drop the files respectively into C-UDA, preferably though Nokia Cooker by Marco, as it might not work by File Browser/Manager.
Also I have myself tested it working from UDA only.
Just try & it might work from Rofs2/Rofs3.
Do post feedback on this.
21- Some Other IMP DLL Mods

akncapserver.exe - save clipboard even after reboot
dataconnectionlogger.exe - restore connection logs of GPRS & WLAN
mpmserver.exe - restore connection popup when on data
menurenderer.dll - allow rename apps in menu & also create sub folders in folders
IMPORTANT NOTE - ALL NEED TO BE MOVED TO CORE, delete any copies of the same from Rofs2.
Although I think that you would need the maps to be installed for this to work.
Maybe others also.
More to come as I update.
I will try to keep this topic updated as latest as possible, But I request all the other members also to help me here with the mods that are correctly working or tested to please post here.

Tested working from Rofs2/Rofs3.

24- STRATEGIST Camera enhancement mod for N8

N8 even though happens to be the best camera-phone around yet, still has a lot of scope for improvement for STILL IMAGES & VIDEO based on consistency of noise cancellation, Clarity & Performance parameters.
Here is my mod for N8 camera that packs a powerful punch of Picture Clarity, Video enhancement & Other Performance & Speed/Durability features to the N8 camera module.
You have also options of selecting upto 6 image resolutions now - 12 MP (4:3), 9 MP (16:9), 8 MP (4:3), 6 MP (16:9), 5 MP (4:3), and 0.3 MP (4:3) although I seriously doubt if this one ever will be used on my N8 )
Enjoy the power of the full 12 megapixel with this camera enhancement mod from STRATEGIST.
Just put this in the private>10202be9 directory replacing the present file.
I would recommend putting this in the rofs2 overwriting the original one rather than the UDA(C drive) as it might me better suited for that.
If you decide to put it in C drive then pls reboot after placing this file.
BTW if someone needs a SIS file for this here it is by allstart12345, thanks to him
25- STRATEGIST Custom Profiles

General profile renamed to DEV & default ringing tone set to Havana.wav & ringing volume set to 10
Meeting profile default ringing tone changed to Knock Knock Knock.aac & Message tone changed ro Beep.aac & ringing volume set to 6.
26- STRATEGIST Custom Scriptinit

Copy/Paste the below lines in the end of ur own Scriptinit.txt for the creation of Folders named-BSK, Downloads & SOFTS automatically in the Mass Memory (E Drive) on flash .
MD E:\BSK\
MD E:\Downloads\
MD E:\SOFTS\
Here E referes to the drive letter. Input the drive letter of ur choice in place of E.
Place any files or Folders in Rofs2/Rofs3/data>SOFTS folder & input the line at the end after
MD E:\SOFTS\ as CP Z:\data\SOFTS\* E:\SOFTS\*
and everything you placed in that folder will be copied to E:\SOFTS folder after hard reset or flash.
Here E referes to the drive letter. Input the drive letter of ur choice in place of E.

I suppose this needs no description for the people who know what the domainserver is & I surely assure you that this is for advanced use & people who do not know what Domainserver is should leave it aside & not try this.
51- RM-596 .0609 UDA Basic-Store & Drop only

I do not know if this thread is the right place to post this but please find attached a blank basic UDA for 609 Belle for N8-00, RM-596 that has only the Nokia Drop solution & Nokia Store 3.22.054 embedded in it, Of course its updatable.
Posted on request by many.

Now you can open SVG files with default browser.
Also now you can view SVG thumbnails in the folder view.
After installing both the files please run Icon Clear once & Restart your PC for maximum effect.

makesure no application running in background...restart phone or terminate all using kill me application.....

ok...i finally managed to delet the .cre file in persists folder using x-plore and restarted but the camera video still functions with the red led? ??? ??? ???.
i checked if the installed file was present and if the one to be deleted was in fact deleted....yes to both :( :(

i think this mod only work by flashing or use cenrep file.....weird...author of the mod put instruction to copy paste it to c....:/

no the core ,rofs2,rofs3 make up the z:/ drive, the uda is c:/ and e:/ is either mass memory or memory card ( depends on phone model )

Just go to Menu-->Tools-->Setting-->Profiles-->General-->Personalise-->scroll to last n rename it !!!!!

I have try to copy-paste (restart button on power menu) on N8 with x-plore but it shows me can`t open file and it is not copied or owerwritten, and i have problem with (enable camera in locker state, Camera enhancement mod for N8)- have done as it shows in info.txt but it doesn`t work.

As l know, some will only work from rofs. As for restart mod, did you apply open4all in rompatcher?

Ii know that, i try them on Z-drive and yes i have hacked my phone and open4all is applied.

Ihave extract to C, but nothing happened. I have try to replace in respective directories but when i try to put file on Z-drive, it shows me ( Can`t open file). I don`t know what else to do.

By the way,does this affect your wifi connection?after extracted the file to C my wifi connection was unavailable/failed..also,on that the same hour i installed .sis file.what was the real coz of wifi connection failure?

Belle has a beautiful video player but lacks the functionality of good old Anna Video Player as well as the interface in Anna is better.
Thus Here is the Anna Video Player for ROM.
Tested by me from Rofs2/Rofs3.
When you putting the files in Rofs2, overwrite the existing ones without any tension. It works like charm.
While in Rofs3, just drag & drop.
Does not work from UDA. It will crash the Video Player when you put in UDA.
@syarmwawa when tried to move from E to Z display "can't open file"..is this need flashing?

Ii know that, i try them on Z-drive and yes i have hacked my phone and open4all is applied.
bro. Z is read only, to write you have to mod firmware files itself. We can copy from Z to any other drive but we cannot write.
Anshul, did you use any other equalizer mods! If yes. Removed that one first.

16- only MUSIC folder scan - E-F-G drives (not work on New Music player...)
17-Pics-Vids Scan Locations - Exclusive Gallery-Videos scan mod
18- Restart Button on Power Menu - Exclusive SysAp 3.1 customized for Belle
(while i'm using this.. my phone not start after flashing)
32- Disable Active Diverts note for Belle
(while i'm using this... this is block my phone dialer after flashing)
38- Disable RED LED on Video Capture in Belle - Finally by STRATEGIST NOT WORKING will try again
(While i'm using this.. this is block my camera)
46- Disable the missed calls & new messages popup notification - Belle
(while i using this... popup not disable its showing when i recieved msg or missed call)
57- Activate Camera even in Locked State - REPORTED NOT WORKING
(not working in C7-00)

which mod you used and which icons in menu screenshot please. If you try hard reset by pressing *#7370# and sets with new modding it should be fine

11- Improved CPU n GPU,
18- Restart Button on Power Menu - Exclusive SysAp 3.1 customized for Belle,
24- STRATEGIST Camera enhancement mod for N8,
57- Activate Camera even in Locked State,
and after i copied all as it said in info.txt i shut down the phone, turn it on and now it is rebooting by it selfe for couple of times and then it shut down. I can not even go to x-plore becouse it reboots to fast. What can i do? Please help!

LOL... all mods need flashing...if you do this via x-plore then your phone will be brick.. and you need to hard reset with the Three buttons...

Nice mods, but what i wanted the most still doesn't work correctly. The camera mod has this problem in belle: sometimes macro mode shutting give's an error i cannot read cause is disappearing to fast. I think the file size in macro mode is to blame, pictures until 11 mb are saved without problems, but i think whatever makes them bigger cannot be saved and gives this error. try to photograph your feat on the grass or something else with allot of detail, i think the grass i a very good idea, in macro mode from 20 cm and you will see what i'm talking about. To bad, the mode would be great if this problem wouldn't occur.

Try doing a hard reset mate. may be some bugs in the fw.

Done that to... i think it is just the hardware, that cannot save pictures bigger than 11 mb. can someone please try to take some pictures in macro mode from small distance (20 30 cm) with sun light to confirm if i have a problem or not:). This error comes only when the picture has allot of detail, in macro.

well phone's camera has limitations and a bit of compression is needed :) i don't have much memory so i stick to default ones

@Ntrn9 You have to add it to your ROFS2 and flash it as a software update (without your UDA).

Your backup is already there ;)
Just delete C:\Private\10202be9\persists\10282edc.cre and reboot.
