Do i have to take a part my n8 or isi t enough to reset with the power-button and the 8 sec??

just press it for 8 sec tats enough to reset.

Unpacked the file from archive and driop it in rof2/rof3 using Nokia Cooker and Flash your device with the new generated files.

For Flashing Help: http://sdf.allstarsoftware.co.uk/flashing-tutorials-(updating-and-downgrading)/(tutorial)-nokia-dead-phone-usb-flashing-with-phoenix-service-software/

You need to edit your firmware files and add the attached files to your rofs2 or rofs3 file and then flash your device with the firmware files u downloaded after replacing the file which Nokia Cooker generates. To download firmware files
use Navifirm here: http://sdf.allstarsoftware.co.uk/phone-flashing-softwares-and-firmware-downloaders/navifirm-1-6-by-il-socio/
