Title: [MOD]Mod that allows creating sub folders and renaming by iExtraX7

activate open4all patches in rompacher, and put the file in c:\sys\bin (with filebrowser for instance) and restart....
File also can be intergrade in rof2/rof3...:)

by default official belle only allow you to creat folder in main menu...but not subfolder in any folder...this mod allow you to do that...example in application folfer you want create another folder like My application...:D

lol understood haha it wasn't mentioned that in menu. Also don't be angry but when i applied the new skin of menu it looked ugly so i Changed it to default.
