disable the patches in rompatches...it should be ok after that...:)

And it worked...
I flashed my N8 and again tried the same patch.. and guess what this time without any problm it worked. :)
Thanks guys...
However, i noticed very little bit of change in bass.. It cud be becoz earphone itself doesnt support loud bass itself.

Also, I would like to mention the mistake that i think i wud have made last time while patching and that caused my n8 dead..
I copied content of private folder in c:/ instead of coping private folder itself into c:/..
So, to others who are also facing this prob. pay attention while copying private folder into c:/

hope someone can help me out.....a few doubt-

1-regarding the soundimprovementforbelle.zip, am i supposed to use x-plore to unzip the files and move it around?
i cant find the directory c:/patches, but i have an e:/patches.is it the same by any chance?
and if not how should i proceed?
2-regarding the domain.rar file, am i to use x-plore as well? is there any other choice?

1.yes
2.you ca use other 3 party file manager like myexplorer or use nokia file browser....:)

If you had done everything correctly you'll be able to play music via music player if not music player won't play your music.

i  just etracted  the  soundimprovement .rmp in c/patches...and  add to was  already  done in  rom patcher ....and  i did  reboot the  phone ....is it enough  or i  did  somethong wrong ?

first i copied th sountimprovement.rmp to c/patches then  copied the private  folder to  c  ..now i  copied the domainsrv.exe to c/sys/bin and then c/sys/hash respectively ...then add to auto was done and patched ...and the  phone was rebooted ........anything left or i did everything correctly ??

what about private folder??..is it move to c?
