Download the attached file
1)copy it in c:/sys/bin/
2)apply c2z4bin patch for belle
3)copy ConnUiUtilsNotif.rXX from Z:/resource/ to C:/resource

4) Restart

and not working in my belle refresh JAHAM2005...
