[Resized Widget] FM Transmitter small

Hi
I resized the FM Transmitter widget to 2*2, it's for flashing only.
I never change my frequenz, so I don't need the setting.

Flash via Refurbish or delete C:\private\10202be9\persists\200159c9.cre after a Update flash.


Note: Please don't use small and original widget on same homescreen, it's buggy.
