by which software have you edited this .dll file?
I tried many software to edit this file. But no any is able to open it.
Can you provide that software? I wants modify it more.

is it possible to replace overall svg code with another svg code?
I've extracted all 117 svg files from that .dll file and wants to replace with edited svg files.

Just delete qmltouchinput.dll file from C:\sys\bin and restart your phone :P

I can't find /sys/bin, in the mass memory folder and either on the phone memory folder, please help. should I just create one or?

After renaming it too i am not able to delete it , it says the file is already in use

rename it and overwrite with the original one from Z:\sys\bin, restart your phone
it should do the trick :)
