Lot of people wanna knw on how to get these mods..ever since thic pic has been uploaded on facebook..i want to knw the same..

profile widget look at widget section.
extra icons on profile and such - look for sysapp mod and fonts supporting extra icons somewhere here for belle refresh. i've no idea since i don't use it.

Well the bar is theme dependent! It's theme which governs the home screen indicator

this is jelly bean v2 theme by adelino which has bar instead of dots
