i dont like these popups i dont know if there a way to do this   >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

so i have disable all such notifier popups

copy to rofsX/sys/bin

or to c/sys/bin and reboot.

AFAIK all is ok.


PS. The top bar indicators are still active , so only popup is killed not whole indicator system. Thanks to iExtraX7 for finding.

Would like to use this mod, BUT have done any modding. Have RP+ on phone but nothing else. Can't find either of these folders/files :(

@dohouch , first apply open4all patch in rompatcher. Now you open xplore , here you will see directories c/sys/bin unhidden , copy file to c/sys\bin , reboot.

One of the really attractive aspects  of Android for me is that it does not seem to have these screen blocking/locking notifications for non vital stuff, like incoming messages, etc.

Now have to go to  thread about doing the Volume-up mod.

The original good thing about Symbian was the choices it gave the user, shame no-one likes that any more..

The blinking of menu key for new missed call and new messages, turn to silent calls, turn to snooze alarm are unique features of Symbian. They are not found on any Android shit :P :P :P. Shame no one notices them  :( ::)
