gpsp is GBA emulator for symbian
You can play gba games on symbian using it.
steps
1. Install gpsp.sis(attached below)
2. Run the installed file
3. Load the bios(attached below)
4. Load any .gba game
enjoy!!!

Tested on n8 running belle. Works fine. +1 for the share. Sorry for the improper screen shot. Tried many times but oly getting the shot this way :|

Open the emulator, click file first, from you'll see bios and rom, click bios and select the bios from the attachment and then click rom and select the rom which you have downloaded, on selecting the rom it should open the game right away.
