Title: phone startup failed. contact the retailer.

my nokia e6-00 shows "phone startup failed. Contact the retailer".Please suggest me the solution. It's IMEI no. got corrupt first but it was running but after taking it to a retailer it shows this.

You might need to flash the firmware again.

retailer tried that but it didn't work.
