Yes, but it took alot of work.
A lot of rebooting to make sure that I did it right, restarting.
From Australia, I went back to 11.5, then to euro2 14.2, but euro2 wouldn't update to anna, so I went back to 11.5, then back to euro2 with a couple of difficulties and restarts and *#7370# all the way so many countless times. Took a couple of hours to do it.
However, it's done and I'm back to a stock configuration with a transition to anna with all updates installed.
No camera noise, and now a working FM transmitter.
I don't know if anna has 30fps video, but at this point, I don't care.
Just the apps I really need (the rest are mostly crap anyways collecting personal data about you and sending you ads) and i'm not going to mess around with the phone ever again.
Mail for exchange works so much better than active sync. And the home screen interface is so much more efficient.
Now that I'm back to anna again, I can't remember what made belle better.
