i think organizersrv.sisx is for calendar update, but haven't found any difference so far

install them all and ignore any incompatibility errors.

i've configured my Gmail, but so far still could not send /receive email, although my email account has its POP3/IMAP enabled

PS: In case you didn't manage to set you gmail, tphg, did you check all the ports and security settings are correct?
Try different settings according to gmail help for setting Imap.
