Hello, i can't open msgs on my phone, i just flashed with belle 111.040.0904, everything is good, but can't send or recieve msg please help, Thank you!

I never had issues like that  ::). Try doing a reset first if not try flashing it again. Don't forget to make a back-up of your data. :D
