Title: must i downgrade before flashing phone?

hi there,
okay, straight to the point. i have an n8 with the latest firmware 111.040.1511 and i want to flash my n8 to Xeon^4 CFW but the problem is the CFW is 111.040.0904.
question : do i need to downgrade the phone first before flashing or i just flash it without need to downgrade it?

flashing that cfw is downgrading itself so whatever you do you will always be downgrading it.
