This my own first tips since i using belle,pardon me if you see any something wrong about this ;)
Here how i do it with C7 RM-675 using Delight Belle v5.2
- First,you need to get the language you want to.
Here i use navifirm 1.4 to get Indonesian language,download the rofs2 which is Indonesian.
The model and version must be same with your.
Mine is 111.030.0609

- Once the rofs2 downloaded,Ekstrak it using Nokia Cooker ;)

Since nfe not support Indonesian/.r327 so use ROFS2 Language Tool GUI v1.4
- Run ROFS2 Language Tool and locate the extracted rofs2 file

- Create your own Path For extracted Language then HIT Extract Button.

- Now check extracted Path,you will have folder and file like this.

- Now using Nokia Cooker Open the rofs2 you want to add/import the language.
If your rofs2 is not enought space,you can use the rofs3
In my case,i use rofs3 because my rofs2 only left 1mb space.
- Drop the Extracted language to Nokia Cooker

- Using notepad create your languages.txt or you can simply copy from Z:\resource\Bootdata\
Make a new line and add your language,mine is 327 so i add like the screenshoot.

- Save the languages.txt and paste to resource/Bootdata/
Create the directory folder if your rofs3 have none.

- Save your Firmware and flash with Edited ROFS3.
NOTE : After flashed maybe you will get Tools and Aplication folder name mess up,you can easily rename it and Restart the phone.
Then copy the matrixmenudata.xml from C:\Private\200113dd\content\
Put the matrixmenudata.xml to your rofs2/rofs3 if you want too ;D

This is what you want :D
Since i never use Indonesian Writing language,so i didn't include how to fix it.
But i'm sure you will find how to fix it,there are many fix posted allready as i know ;)

How to flash now to my belle in order to get on my phone the language that i put in the Rofs.rom file.

You sure what are you doing ???
Your extracted firmware file should be Nokia Cooker folder/Files/
And your Saved Firmware (rofs2/rofs3) should at the same place .

+1 mate, I used to do this manually for every new OFW, to add finnish to Euro1. I didn't know there was a dedicated tool.
Does this work with Belle FP1 as well?
EDIT: I've searched for the ROFS2 Language tool, latest version is 1.9.9 and seems to have been released before Belle. I remember the files we have to copy to add a language have changed between S60v5, S^3, Anna and Belle. I'm surprised this pre-Belle tool still does its job correctly ;)

Actually, does this method adds a language and/or a writing language? I usually cook my CFW to add Finnish as a writing language, while keeping French as the system language (still, I get T9/autocorrect in Finnish in the list of available languages)

Yes there is if you able to create the .rmp patch for each .rXX
Similiar to e2z patch but for every each .rXX :D

Not as self-obvious as it sounds to your ears, mate, the difference between writing and only language is not systematic over the internet; thanks for the confirmation though ;)

No problem, and I've tested it this morning on my 808 (successfully).
1) you extract the original rofs2 file which have the writing language you need using Nokia Cooker for that
2) copy all these file to their appropriate folders in your CFW

(some files may be missing, it's not a problem)
You can replace all these files with the ones in your CFW except for the ecom-2-*.spi or your language files will be corrupted so when you put these files rename them to higher grade which means if you have copied file ecom-2-0.spi to its appropriate folder, do not replace the original one , instead, just rename the copied one to ecom-2-1.spi.
The easiest way to do that :
1) I create the /sys, /private/, etc. minimal tree for the language to be added
2) I copy the files above
3) I drag and copy the three main directories in the target rofs2
I've just added Finnish to euro1 :D

I followed your instruction but there is a bug in turkish keyboard.when i am choosing turkish there isn't qwerty keys and brings english azerty instead of Turkish qwerty.this is my old problem .turkish there was in original rofs2 that i added arabic and persian to it and i removed Germany polish Italian and french from rofs2.
