Can anyone help me out this idea. I'm very much interested in playing in hill climb racing - an android game - but i'm using Nokia n500 - symbian belle refresh- kindly help me to install android apps and games. If there is an emulator or something it will be much appreciable.

An Android emulator does not exist and isn't likely to ever be made.

Only the Nokia X runs Android.
The Symbian, S40 and WP Nokias are locked; perhaps the Maemo or MeeGo devices could be run with Android, but i've not heard of it.

As i know... "emulators" not always run smooth... and "hill climb racing" will crawl on emulator. You can try to contact the dev team of that game and ask if they can make Symbian^3 version ;). In my experience, many of game developers i contact answer me that "its not worth it making games for dead platform". :(
