Hi mate,

I am trying to update my E55 (e55s FW is 34.001(last) nokia e52s FW is 91.004(last))

There are different internals in the different models. Yours does not have a v91 and you can't just go porting the firmware like that. The last firmware for your model is as high as you can go (and i read a loooooooot of discontented posts in the Nokia Support Discussions threads about v91 on the E Series.
i wish i could downgrade the E72 to v54, actually.

Besides, v3 ROM didn't change between the software versions, really. Most all changes were in the ROFS so you can just port features in ROFS.
ROM dump via Nokia Cooker and use aROMat to pick up the missing pieces.

You're right mate. I don't try to port completely, just a few things. I will try to use NC and aromat.

Maybe I will try to port somethings from other versions of E52s fw.
