App launcher icon doesn't display correctly

Hi,

I'm developping my first application in Qt Quick. The icon is attached and its background is supposed to be green (geocaching maps --> Maps color).

However, when installed on my N8, the background is black and I have the X sign (the geocaching sign) in white.

Could someone tell me what is the problem? I've converted my icon to svg-t, the size is correct and Inkscape shows it correctly.

i see what you mean it loaded gray background and white x for me, try re-drawing it in inkspace.

But I've followed the official guidelines published by developer.nokia.com! Maybe I'll try step by step: only the background, only the background + symbol, then added shadows, etc.

OK I did it. I've just saved my svg as "plain svg" in Inkscape, default being "Inkscape svg" (don't know the difference). I've converted it to tiny with the official tool, and that's it.
