friends pls give a idea to import the icon set to cabide.ui ...i can't import one by one for my them prosess...pls help me friends

You will need a custom plugin, like Italian Lab by Simograndi (http://sdf.allstarsoftware.co.uk/professional-themes-development-section/italianlab-belle-plugin-treated-to-v5-1-0-by-simograndi-on-06-11-2012/) if you want it to go quickly and easily.
Otherwise, one by one.

Close Carbide.ui if it is open and extract the zip to folder into C:\Program Files\Nokia\Carbide.ui Symbian\eclipse\plugins\, then start Carbide and it should show up in the plugins.
